Thank You for joining #AnimaBFitness Build Your Glutes program. When you're training at a high level of intensity, you may feel uncomfortable, sore, and tired. You may even fail to finish. I encourage you to persevere. Giving it your all, even when uncomfortable, is the only way to have success.

HIIT should always be looked as EXPLOSIVE since what you are doing is really elevating your heart rate up during the cardio intervals.
TRADITIONAL CARDIO TRAINING is engaging in low intensity cardio activites that is boring such as riding the stationary bike, or using the elliptical. although they're actively burning calories may people find they're unable to see results because eventually you're body reaches a "steady state" .

Calories and Weight LossCalories are an important part of your weight-loss journey, but so are the foods you choose to spend those calories on.. Eating more fruits, vegetables and whole grains may help you eat fewer overall calories, which helps with weight loss. These high-fiber foods slow digestion, holding off hunger. As for yogurt, the researchers theorize that the friendly bacteria in the fermented food may change the bacteria in your gut, which may help prevent weight gain.
